1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Orbit (seeorbit.xyz), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access or use the platform.
2. Description of Service
Orbit is an autonomous AI software factory that synthesizes, validates, compiles, deploys, and operates full-stack web applications based on natural-language specifications and pre-verified business blueprints.
3. User Accounts & Access
Authentication is provided through GitHub OAuth. You are responsible for safeguarding your GitHub credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.
4. Intellectual Property & Ownership
Your Code & Applications: You retain full ownership and intellectual property rights in the specific applications, business models, schemas, and custom code generated for you through Orbit.
Orbit Platform: Orbit, its core runtime, compilation pipeline, deterministic capability blocks, branding, and platform architecture are the exclusive intellectual property of Orbit and its founder.
5. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use Orbit to build, host, or execute applications that:
- Violate applicable laws, regulations, or third-party intellectual property rights;
- Engage in malicious activities, denial-of-service attacks, cryptocurrency mining, or malware distribution;
- Attempt to circumvent platform execution bounds, sandboxes, rate limits, or security controls;
- Impersonate individuals or organizations deceptively.
6. Service Availability & Limitations
Orbit is continuously developed and operates on modern cloud infrastructure. While we strive for high availability and verify applications through deterministic compilation gates, software generation involves probabilistic reasoning and runtime variables. The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Orbit and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.
